ASLA Annual Meeting and Expo

More than 6,000 landscape architecture professionals and students from across the U.S. and around the world gather annually to deepen their understanding of the profession, enjoy the fellowship of our profession and network, re-energize, reconnect with the fundamental elements of design, and immerse themselves in good design practices.

Advocacy Day

An annual event that brings Landscape Architects together with legislators in an effort to promote our profession's visibility.  As Landscape Architects it is our job to educate policy makers on the way we provide solutions to the many challenges facing the environment in our communities.  Read More...

World Landscape Architecture Month

April is World Landscape Architecture (WLAM) month.  Landscape architect professionals across the country celebrate the profession during April through a variety of activities and events.  WLAM gives landscape architecture professionals a platform to explain to the public how their work contributes to the fabric of the community.  Earth Day and the birthday of Frederick Law Olmsted (April 26) fall duringWLAM.  Frederick Law Olmsted is considered the founder of the landscape architecture profession and, along with Calvert Vaux, designed the iconic Central Park in New York City

Annual NVASLA Golf Tournament

The annual NVASLA Golf Tournament, held at the Siena Golf Club in Las Vegas,  is an opportunity for members, sponsors and friends to join together for a day on the green.  This event raises money for our chapter to promote programs that raise community awareness about the stewardship of our land.  A link to the current tournament will be available here.
